Wuhan HC Semitek Corporation received the ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification issued by SGS and UKAS on Jul. 16, 2008.
To achieve perfect product quality, enhance corporate brand, and raise service awareness of employees, the company officially launched the building of the ISO9001 quality management system in May 2007. At the beginning, employees were mobilized for the implementation of the ISO9001 system, so that all employees accepted and understood new ideas and new thinking, established regular procedures, and raised the awareness of quality; the writing of system documents, professional training of personnel, implementation of system management, and internal audits were undertaken to reduce arbitrary quality management practices; the company then filed an application for review and certification, and listened to the suggestions of experts from the external audit team on the running and maintenance of the company’s quality management system. After a year of efforts by all employees, the company passed the on-site certification of SGS in Jun., 2008.
For this certification, the company has applied quality management to each job and instilled the idea in each employee. The quality management guarantee system brings about standardized, rigorous and efficient running of each department. In accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001:2000 quality management system, all processes from R&D, production, testing, delivery, service to personnel training are controlled to ensure that we provide high-quality products for customers.
